What is CRE10x?
CRE10x is our CRE-specific AI training and education program, delivered onsite or virtually. It's built to 10x your team's productivity by teaching real estate professionals how to work fluently with AI agents and AI-native workflows. The program is anchored by three hands-on classes: AI for Property Management, AI for Asset Management, and AI for Acquisitions & Underwriting.
Who teaches the CRE10x classes?
CRE10x is delivered by the CREx AI Team, led by Vimal Vachhani — Professor of Data & AI at New York University (NYU) and CEO of CREx Software. Our instructors bring more than a decade of experience building and deploying AI and data platforms for institutional commercial real estate, so every lesson is grounded in real operator workflows, not theory.
Is CRE10x training delivered onsite or virtually?
Both. We run CRE10x onsite at your office for team cohorts — which is ideal for immersive, full-day training — and virtually for distributed teams across multiple markets and geographies. Each engagement is tailored to your portfolio, tech stack, and the specific workflows your team runs every day.
Who should attend CRE10x training?
CRE10x is built for the people who actually do the work: property managers, asset managers, acquisitions and underwriting teams, investment analysts, and operations leaders at PE firms, developers, and CRE operators. It's equally valuable for leadership teams who need to set an AI strategy, and for the frontline staff who need to execute it.
What will my team actually learn in the CRE10x classes?
Each class is hands-on and outcome-driven. Your team will learn how to use AI agents for lease abstraction, tenant communications, work order triage, variance commentary, portfolio performance monitoring, tenant exposure analysis, valuation review, deal screening, OM generation, underwriting model review, and due diligence document intelligence — all grounded in real CRE data and real workflows from your portfolio.
Does CRE10x include ongoing support after the training?
Yes. CRE10x is more than a one-time class — it's an enablement program. We provide post-training office hours, curated learning paths, and optional coaching so your team keeps building AI fluency long after the initial sessions. The goal is lasting behavior change, not a one-day workshop that gets forgotten.
How do we get started with CRE10x?
The best way to start is a short scoping call. We'll learn about your team, your tech stack, and your top workflow pain points, then recommend which of the three CRE10x classes to run first — plus whether onsite, virtual, or a blended format is the right fit. Schedule a call with the CREx AI Team to book your cohort.
