AI training for commercial real estate teams.

A role-based curriculum that turns your analysts, asset managers, and acquisitions teams into AI-native operators. Onsite, virtual, or hybrid — with real workflows, not demos.

/ 01The problem

Every CRE firm wants AI. Most don't know where to start — or how to make it stick.

Generic ChatGPT workshops don't change how your team underwrites a deal or closes a month. What changes behavior is role-based training on your data, reinforced by a cohort and a mentor.

CRE10x is that program. Certification, habit formation, and measurable ROI — in that order.

Three pillars

Three pillars of the program.

Each pillar builds on the last. Start with strategy, install operational discipline, then deploy agents that run in production.

/01 · STRATEGY
Portfolio strategy & infrastructure

Data foundations, platform architecture, and the AI-readiness roadmap for your portfolio.

/02 · OPERATIONS
Institutional intelligence engine

Operational excellence playbooks: reporting cadence, KPI hierarchies, and workflow standards that scale.

/03 · EXECUTION
Agentic workflow deployment

Real AI agents in production — underwriting prep, investor memos, rent roll QC, variance explanation.

Tracks

Role-based curriculum.

Six tracks. Every role in CRE has an AI workflow — we teach the ones that matter for each.

/01 · ROLE-BASED
AI for property management

Hands-on workshops for onsite teams, regional managers, and portfolio ops leaders.

/02 · ROLE-BASED
AI for asset management

Variance analysis, market comp synthesis, tenant retention modeling, and reporting automation.

/03 · ROLE-BASED
AI for acquisitions

OM synthesis, financial modeling assistants, underwriting QA, and deal screening at 10× velocity.

/04 · ROLE-BASED
AI for investor relations

Investor memos, capital call workflows, and quarterly reporting co-pilots.

/05 · ROLE-BASED
AI for accounting & finance

GL review, reconciliation assistants, reforecasting, and close automation techniques.

/06 · LEADERSHIP
AI for executives

Strategy-level briefings: vendor evaluation, governance, risk, and org design for AI-native teams.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Our AI training and enablement program for commercial real estate teams. Role-based curriculum, hands-on workshops, certification, and ongoing support — designed by CRE operators, not ML PhDs.

NYU Schack faculty teach the core curriculum, joined by CREx operators who have built and shipped these workflows inside institutional CRE shops. No ML PhDs giving theory — every instructor has run a portfolio or deployed an AI agent in production.

Both. Cohorts run on-site at your office, virtually over Zoom, or hybrid — same faculty, same hands-on labs, same case-study work. Onsite is preferred for new-team rollouts; virtual works well for distributed teams or follow-on cohorts.

Institutional CRE teams: asset managers, property managers, acquisitions analysts, underwriting teams, and IM operations leaders. Curricula are tailored per role — an analyst track looks different from an asset manager track.

Real CRE workflows: rent roll review, lease abstraction, comp synthesis, budget variance, deal screening, investor memo prep, and underwriting automation. Every lab is built around a CRE use case — no "build a chatbot" toy projects.

Yes. Every cohort includes a 60-day office-hours window for follow-up questions, prompt iteration, and workflow tuning. Larger engagements include a CREx operator embedded with your team for the first quarter of rollout.

Fill out the form below or email contact@crexsoftware.com. We run a 30-minute scoping call to size the cohort, then return a fixed-fee proposal within 48 hours. New cohorts start every month.
